On April 27 and 28, the conference of the Hispano-Lusas column was held in the city of Funchal, Madeira, with the participation of more than 100 specialists in spine surgery.

The problems of the deformity of the child up to the adolescents and the degenerative pathology of the adults were also discussed.

Dr. Morera spoke about adult degenerative spondylolisthesis, its surgical indication and the type of procedure appropriate in each case.

The presentation of clinical cases and the constructive debate facilitated that the days were of great interest.
